This course covers how Legionella bacteria develop in water systems and the practical steps required to control it. Level 3 extends into the Responsible Persons role.

- Legal duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act and ACOP L8
- Water system risk assessment and monitoring routines
- Temperature control, flushing, and cleaning regimes
- Record-keeping and the Responsible Person's duties (Level 3)
